He still personally coaches and consults salons all over the country when he isn't conducting the Launch seminar.

Working with professionals in the beauty industry who have a desire to further educate themselves is one of Amy’s passions. As ASCC's Educational Director/Coach Amy enjoys working hand in hand with salon owners, managers and stylists. Educating on the value of strong communication
skills, having a professional attitude and being positive has helped her master
how to work smarter and not harder. During her time as a stylist she averaged
$500-$600 per day in service sales, doubled her sales in a one year time frame
all while only working 4 days a week. Her average service ticket jumped from
$40 to over $70 in less than a year. She has now dedicated herself to
helping all salon and spa professionals maximize their success while creating a fun and energetic salon environment. As a second-generation Hair Stylist,
Educator, and Coach, she is wanting to take the this generation of salon owners
and stylists to the next level. She

Shana S. Dyer, a native of Nashville, TN and a stylist for over 12 years, understands first-hand what it's like to be behind the chair. As ASCC's Marketing Director and co-owner of a popular salon on historic Music Row, she can relate to all aspects of the industry. Working with struggling salons is one of her passions and she enjoys helping individuals in the beauty profession achieve success. Teaching the basics of marketing yourself and your salon includes assisting with website building, cross-network marketing and gaining new clients. Shana first met Scott when he became the business coach of her salon in Nashville. Having never HEARD of a business coach, she was intrigued by the idea and she and her business partner immediately signed a one-year contract with ASCC. Watching their salon grow and bloom into more than it had ever been before, the co-owners were thrilled and excited that something so unique could make such visible changes. After Scott gave them some tips on building their business they increased their bottom line by 67% in only two short months. The more Shana learned about this side of the salon industry, the more passionate she became about helping others turn THEIR salons around.
When Shana first heard of Scott's vision of the Launch, she immediately wanted to join the team and travel all over the US to work with salons, spas, stylists, nail technicians, massage therapists and skin care specialists. Helping those in her industry, along with running her own business, is Shana's forte. One of her personal goals is to completely turn around a salon in each city she travels to. She still works in her Nashville salon 4 days a week and coaches salons and spas all over the country either in person, by email or by phone.
